Introduction. This agreement ("Agreement") between You and RUGorgeous.com ("The Site") consists of these RUGorgeous Standard Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). "You" or "Member" or "User" means any entity identified in an enrolment form submitted by the same or affiliated persons, and/or any agency or network acting on its (or their) behalf, which shall also be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Website Registration: Registration in the Site is subject to RUGorgeous' prior approval and Your continued compliance with the rules of the Site. RUGorgeous reserves the right to refuse participation to any applicant or participant at any time in its sole discretion. In addition, RUGorgeous waives any responsibility in the content of your profile, including but not limited to your public information and pictures.

4. Prohibited Uses: You shall not post pictures that are of lewd character (i.e. pornographic) as well as content that is of unacceptable-to-public-viewing nature. In instances when pornographic materials and lewd content is posted by a User, the sole responsibility over such materials and content lies with the User. This Site is absolved from any legal suit or claims over such affairs.

5. Termination; Cancellation: RUGorgeous.com reserves the right to freely terminate the membership of users for whatever reason we may or may not provide. This can be done without prior announcement to the user.
